Liberty TCG LLC ("Liberty TCG," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website
and sells trading card game products, including sealed product, singles,
and graded cards, to customers in the United States.

By accessing or using this site, placing an order, or otherwise engaging
with our services, you agree to the terms below.

**Eligibility**

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or
guardian, to make a purchase on this site. Some products may contain small
parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to choking
hazard.

**Product Availability and Pricing**

We make every effort to display accurate product availability, descriptions,
and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right
to correct any errors, cancel orders arising from pricing or listing
mistakes, and refuse or limit quantities on any order.

**Authenticity**

All products sold by Liberty TCG are sourced through authorized wholesale
distribution channels. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, gray-market,
or altered products.

**Account and Order Information**

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information
at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdirected
due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

**Limitation of Liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty TCG LLC shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use
of this site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any
claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product.

Liberty TCG LLC. Product names, card images, and trademarks referenced on
this site belong to their respective owners (including The Pokémon Company
International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and Game Freak Inc.) — see our
